So for those who don’t know, on Sat. I am moving! I’m super excited, but alas, I am also currently unemployed. Until I can find employment (be it freelance or regular work), commissions will be my only source of income. Hence the big shiny advertisement. I have a few I’m working on now (but I’m in the middle of packing), but once I get all settled in to my new house/apartment, I plan on jumping right into commission work. :>

My Rules and Other Info:
- Most pictures will have a colored/flat background maybe w/ texture. To have a full background painted/drawn in (like a landscape or interior) the price will go up.
- You will get process steps. First I’ll send you several rough sketches to plan out general composition and pose, then move onto anatomy and specific details all the way up till the final. Edits in the beginning are much easier to fix/change than later in the process.
- Final price subject to change for characters with extreme/complex details, complex backgrounds, rush jobs etc.
- Prices are in USD
- I can draw just about anything. Be it animals, people, anthros etc. Even fanart.
- *I will not draw porn or anything of a sexual nature (including weird kinks and fetishes). It’s just not my thing. I will however draw tasteful nudity. If you’re unsure, just ask.
*I have the right to refuse any commission request without reason.
*The commissioned artwork is for you personally. I do allow your commission to be posted and displayed elsewhere by you, but I do ask for credit and a link back. You may NOT resell or reproduce your commission. If you desire to buy a license to the work, let me know and we’ll work something out.
*Paypal is the only form of payment I can accept at the moment. Payment for commissions is expected to be paid in full before I start working on it. If you need to pay in partial payments, let me know and we can work something out. I also politely ask (but not require) that you factor in the PayPal transaction charge. Sup! I’m PencilCat and I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was. To draw them is my real test. To paint them is my cause~
So I’m going to do this challenge thing. Drawing every single pokemon, in order. Good thing about it is that there are no deadlines, and you don’t have to post everyday. I’ll be doing this for warmups and drawing experiments every few days or so.
The beast continues to grow uninhibited in the vast seas. Extrasensory organs in its snout and ‘whiskers’ allow it to see perfectly in the murky depths despite being totally blind. Curiously, it has started to develop eternal gill frills. Colorful skin flaps beneath its fins are only found on females.

The Beast has developed a wider mouth, for feeding on large schools of organisms, but still retained rows of teeth for snatching larger prey. Its wider body allows it to sail smoothly through the oceans, and has begun to migrate seasonally to follow its food sources. It has developed extra sensitivity organs near its mouth to sense vibrations in the water.

An Intro Post
Oh wow, recently it seems quite a few awesome people have decided to follow me (400 in fact!).
I thought I’d put up a quick little intro post about myself and my blogs.
Hi, I’m Pencilcat. I’m also known as AbelPhee on various other sites. This is my main blog. I post art, sketches and the occasional cool/stupid things. I mainly draw monsters, dragons, creatures, weird things, dragons, dragons, more dragons, did I mention dragons? (though many of you may note, I’ve recently been drawing fanart in an attempt to get myself to draw people more).
I may not be the most outspoken person, but I do like to talk to people, so I always welcome random messages in my ask box. I assure you I won’t be annoyed!

After the street and the dinosaur I gave up on the rest of the details.
I also couldn’t think of normal store names to I reverted into being a nerd.
UGH streets. I’m going to run out of interesting ideas for this really quick.

Meet Jaxon, a new character I’m developing for fun.
He is also nicknamed Chernobog by the little old lady down the street due to his pleasure in terrorizing her toy poodle into hysterical fits.

Sea monsters are now my default doodle subject when I cant think of anything else more interesting. Maybe one day I’ll stop being lazy and draw the rest of the bodies too.
Sketchbet Day 121:
The cat (also unnamed new character) and the raven get along about as well as any cat and bird.
They don’t.
Sketchbet Day 120:
An unnamed albino raven who’s the pet/familiar/message bird for a new character I’m working on designing.
He is capable of basic mimicry speech, and favorite phrases include car alarms, swears, and pop song lyrics.
