A project from my Vector and Raster class. Probably the only one so far I’ve found interesting enough (the others have just been photo collages). This is an Edger Allan Poe quote btw. Our key objective was just to manipulate text using photoshop effects, but I have a natural disinclination towards using photoshop filters (which sadly my professor loves to encourage us to use), so I just mocked something together the old fashioned way, using the good ol brush tool. Getting out of the illustrative mindset and into a graphic-design mindset is a lot trickier than expected. I just want to paint everything ;_;
