Ayva’s turn with new phone.
I’ve noticed my phone’s screen is a lot darker/greener than how it appears on my laptop. Trying to remember that when choosing filters.
Snake noses!
Ayva finished shedding so I took some pictures of her with my fake crocodile skull. She seemed to have fun crawling around on and in it.
Today is Ayva’s 1st Birthday! (hatchday?)
Ayva’s gone into the blue (meaning she’s starting to shed), so I took some photos of her since the blue eyes only last about a day, and her coloring is really dark. It always surprises me how quickly this starts, as last night she looked normal.
Ayva’s new setup in a 10gal aquarium. I think she really likes this one more than the tub. She can really stretch out and climb up on things.
I don’t usually like taking photos of myself, but I wanted to show you all my swag necklace. It’s a bit of a pain to get off though.
Ayva shed today, so I decided to attempt to take some better photos of her. I don’t have the stuff to make a good lightbox setup, so I faked it with a large white board set underneath my window. I got only about a dozen shots though, before she got bored and turned into a wiggler :P
I don’t pretend to know what I’m doing with photography, but I’m actually proud of these :)
Ayva’s “in the blue”, meaning she’s going to shed soon. Her coloration is a lot darker, and her eyes turn milky blue. She’s got a good rough wooden hidebox now, so she should have a better time shedding this time around.

I did get her a bigger hide box, but she hates it and it’s funny to watch her keep squeezing into the small one.
